We’ve kept the Bilt Mastercard® in our wallets for good reason. It’s a no-annual-fee card that lets you cover rent with a credit card and rack up points, even if your landlord usually blocks fee-free card payments. If you own a place, there’s a chance you can route your HOA dues through it too.

Bilt keeps rolling out clever features, and one of the biggest is Bilt Rent Day. It shows up on the first of each month with fresh perks. Now that we’ve hit June 2025, the latest Rent Day offer is active—and it’s shaping up to be a standout. This marks the fifth straight month with a points transfer boost, and this one could deliver the biggest value yet.

What You Get from Bilt Rent Day This June

This month’s Bilt Rent Day isn’t just a repeat of the usual bonus points offer—it comes with more layered in. You’ll find the standard boost still in play, plus something extra for those paying attention.

Each Rent Day kicks off at midnight Eastern and wraps up just before midnight Pacific. That gives you about 27 hours to jump on the deal, so timing matters if you want in.

Stack Up 2x to 6x Bilt Points on Eligible Purchases

On a regular day, your Bilt Mastercard earns 3x points on dining, 2x on travel, and 1x on everything else. Rent Day changes that. When the first rolls around, those rewards double—6x for meals, 4x for travel, and 2x across other categories. Rent still sticks at 1x, though.

There’s a cap here. You can grab up to 1,000 extra points during each Rent Day. Just remember, you’ll need to make at least five purchases in your billing cycle with the card to unlock this. Planning a few charges on the first of the month could help you squeeze out the full benefit.

Score a 50–200% Bonus When You Transfer Bilt Points to Accor Live Limitless

Bilt has teamed up with Accor Live Limitless (ALL) again, and this time they’re rolling out a solid bonus for Rent Day. On June 1 and 2, 2025, you can move your Bilt points to Accor and get extra value—how much depends on your Bilt status.

Here’s how it breaks down:

  • Bilt Blue members get a 50% bonus
  • Bilt Silver members get a 50% bonus
  • Bilt Gold members get a 200% bonus
  • Bilt Platinum members get a 200% bonus

Normally, if you move points from Bilt to Accor, you get 2 Accor points for every 3 Bilt points. But with this promo, Blue and Silver members basically get a straight 1-to-1 transfer. Gold and Platinum members do much better—they get 2 Accor points for every 1 Bilt point.

If you haven’t used Accor Live Limitless before, here’s how their system works: it’s based on how much you spend. Every 1,000 Accor points knocks €20 (around $23) off your hotel bill. So with this bonus, Blue and Silver members can squeeze about 2.3 cents of value from each Bilt point, and Gold and Platinum members are looking at around 4.6 cents each.

There’s a side benefit too. Accor points can turn into Flying Blue miles through Air France-KLM at a 1-to-1 rate, but only if you convert in chunks of 2,000. So if you’re Gold or Platinum with Bilt, you could flip your points through Accor and end up with double the Flying Blue miles. That could come in handy for your next flight.

Final Thoughts

Every month, the first kicks off something special for anyone holding the Bilt Mastercard. Rent Day always brings the chance to collect more points than usual, and June 2025 turns things up with a rare 50–200% transfer bonus to Accor Live Limitless.

If you’ve hit Gold or Platinum status, this is one of those moments worth jumping on. Turning your points into about 4.6 cents each for Accor stays is no small thing. And with the Air France-KLM connection, you’ve got a clever way to boost your Flying Blue miles at the same time.
